Follow-up to #627

Problem

Bot accounts are currently listed as contributors.

Example: https://github.com/jupyter-server/jupyter_releaser/releases/tag/v1.10.0

Proposed Solution

Use the new ignored_contributors from github-activity to specify which bot account to ignore.
