All jsdoc logger calls should include source file and line numbers where applicable

Any jsdoc logger calls are made in reference to something discovered about a doclet the plugin is currently processing. As a result, we should be trying to include the file and source line number of the code fragment where the doclet originated from to help users easily locate the offending JSDoc fragments.
