Issue Regarding SAP RFC function calling from php

We are facing an Issue Regarding the SAP RFC function calling from PHP. We are passing two parameters with the SAP function we get the "Please fill input parameter" Message in PHP Array.
What is an issue we do not understand? Kindly tell us if the problem is on the PHP side or the SAP side.
