I’ve fixed the issue of redirection. Now, I’d like to add a new CNAME record for api pointing to kellyapi.onrender.com under kellyai, so the URL will be api.kellyai.js.org. how to add this?

Now that you have removed the automatic redirect I see your page content for the first time, and I wonder how is your project related to JavaScript that justifies a js.org subdomain?

JavaScript plays a core role in integrating AI tools, managing dynamic content, and ensuring seamless interaction across the platform.

JavaScript as a technological driver for a .website is true for a lot of Websites. From my hairdresser to my bank, they all use JS on their websites (and maybe backends), but that doesn't make those pages related to JavaScript. If there is no public facing JS, like a library that the community can use or something similar I can't accept your request to be fair to others that got rejected for the same reason.
