This PR integrates the Realtime API using OpenAI's direct WebSocket connection, removing Azure-specific dependencies.

Changes:

Added support for OpenAI's Realtime API.
Updated .env to include OPENAI_API_KEY and OPENAI_API_BASE.
Removed Azure-specific logic.
Updated connection handling for WebSocket.

Testing:

Connection to OpenAI Realtime API successfully established.
Basic interactions tested with Chainlit.
