 12/12/23: Mkdnflow no longer requires the `luautf8` lua rock as a dependency. UTF-8 characters can be used as [custom to-do symbols](#to_do-dictionary-like-table) out of the box, and table formatting will work out of the box when the table contains UTF-8 characters.
