The page crashes when using devtools

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the test page and the devtools
2. Select one of the nested `<details>` or `<menu>` elements inside of the `<menu is="context-menu">` in the hierarchy
3. Right click on the page

Result: the page or the whole browser crashes.

Tested on: Arc, Chrome, Firefox
