[cannot login as superuser] 12.0
Decrease Admin user right.
Administration: Access rights.
Log out and try to log in as the Superuser.
Result: log in as Admin

FIX:

• При установке модуля: пропадают поля экстра-прав для не-администраторов с правами "Allow add implied..."
