Crates publication fails if one crate is already published #2824
Description
Why
We have noticed that the publication of the crates failed during the release of the hotfix 2543.1-hotfix. We want to make sure that the publication of an already published crate does not fail and block the publication of dependent crates.
The publication that failed is accessible in this GitHub Action job.
What
Allow the publication of crates to be idempotent.
How
- Fetch the list of already published Mithril crates on crates.io
- Skip the publication if the version is already published
