Add support for preferredDuringSchedulingIgnoredDuringExecution

Hey, putting in a request for this to be added as it would be nice to have. The use case I am looking at is specifically around spot node pools in Azure/AKS. I would like to be able to prioritize using the spot node pools, but fall back on regular/dedicated nodes if the spot node pools get evicted.

Hi @tadeha, didn't have much time to support the project recently but I'm planning to add this feature next month and the new release will come immediately after.
