[yugabyte#24283] YSQL: Fix asan issue in isolation regress test framework

Summary:
Fix asan failure for tests running the isolation regress
framework: org.yb.pgsql.TestPgRegressWaitQueues,
org.yb.pgsql.TestPgRegressIsolationWithoutWaitQueues and
org.yb.pgsql.TestPgRegressIsolation.
