I think manual approval via hypha would be the preference for the time being for HTTPS. Is there a reason this site needs to use the DP HTTPS? I notice they don't have dnslink set up.

Mmmm we can host the HTTPS version if this is not prefered.

They do but since it's an NS record, it's failing at DP level. You have to ask the nameserver for the domain so your resolver doesn't recurse.
