Single Horizontal Layout like the Pair Horizontal Layout

I'd love to see the option for a Single Horizontal Layout that is like the upper half of a pair Horizontal Layout. In other words, the numeric legend below the bar graph, the label above and to the left, and the value above and to the right. Just like the top half of a pair layout.

The dashboard itself is on the way of fade out due the end of support of underlying tecnology it is bulded on. I don't see any good reason to keep developnig widgets for it.

Of course you can do it by yourself by cloning the repository and then manage the positions of texts and bars. I can help on that if you go on that route and then have dedicated questions.
