Layout type Pair Horizontal units for bottom channel neither superscript or subscript

Describe the bug
Top channel unit it superscript whereas bottom channel is aligned with baseline.

To Reproduce
Add ui object with Layout Horizontal Pair and Unit value.

Expected behavior
Unit should either be superscript (preferred) or subscript

• Node-RED version 2.1.6
• Dashboard version 3.1.5
• ui-level version 0.1.46

The layout has been like this many many years. I can't change it cos it may affect many users.
But you can adjust it with CSS override.

To adjust top bar unit:

[elecpower]
