Switch off forked no-kafka package when 3.x is released

Opening as a reminder to check for no-kafka@3.x release periodically, and upgrade when available to get back on the community package w/ SSL support.

We kinda forgot about this, but 3.2.8 is out right now: https://www.npmjs.com/package/no-kafka -- @hunterloftis since we're still on your fork, do you know if there's anything missing in 3.2.8? If not, we should give this a shot.
