svg conversion fails silently

Hi-

Installed on a fresh Pi Zero W with all updates applied. Uploading an SVG works fine. Clicking on convert look like it work, as an "exported" message pops up and the status windows states the svg has been deleted, but the hpgl file does not show up in the file uploaded window.

Any suggestion on how to debug this?

No idea atm. Repo has been stale for quite a while due to work issues, but I got a new plotter recently and I'm planning a general update of the whole project.

Bet bet for this issue is something related to the vpype version-
