Rebase to delete Bot Token History

Hi @gmacario,
I've shared the Telegram Bot Token (that should remain private) in the file bot/config.py.

Can you please rebase the repo in order to delete all history about the file?

@ludusrusso Did you verify that hackbot-server is still operational after you removed the Telegram Bot Token from bot/config.py?

I cannot check it myself but I suspect that our CI/CD has now deployed onto production an instance with the token removed!
