Can't compile on IDF 5.3

Wanted to start testing on 5.3 but I get errors compiling unless I go back to 68b82f5.
Build output is really long, I can't make any sense of it.

Testing with this example on esp32-s3.

5.3 isn't part of the workflow checks so I'm not sure if it's supported yet.
