Replacing datasource ids in library panels/elements

Hi, I was trying to use grafana-wtf to replace datasource ids in existing dashboards and panels, but I noticed that my library panels were left untouched. It turns out that library panels are not part of the dataset that is scanned from Grafana.
I did find support for it in the grafana-client library, so I hope this will be an easy feature to add to grafana-wtf.

Thank you @amotl! I'm not much of a Python programmer, but I will try to find someone in my team who can assist me. We could give it a try. We already started building a script using grafana-client to perform the replacements, but I think having this in grafana-wtf would be more logical.
Btw, our use case is migrating existing Grafana instances from manually created data sources to provisioned data sources, meaning we have a whole bunch of uid replacements to do.

I think a good start would be to share your code, for example using a quick GitHub Gist. Maybe it can be whipped into grafana-wtf without much ado. grafana-wtf currently does not employ any significant internal architecture, nor CLI governancy. In this spirit, in can be slapped anywhere you see fit. I am sure the code will find a good spot.

If you can do it on your own, by submitting a relevant patch to grafana-wtf in form of a pull request, that would be paramount. However, publicly sharing the code will open the doors already so that anyone can do it, anytime, building upon your work. 🍀 ¹
