package.json: update LSP and DAP libraries

Bump LSP/Client to stable 3.16.0/7.0.0.
Unfortunately, this change requires vscode engine ^1.52.0
(https://github.com/microsoft/vscode-languageserver-node/blob/release/client/7.0.0/client/package.json#L8)

Use DAP client libraries to 1.44.0
