what are the causes of the below issue

seems it is not getting installed with yarn install

seems angular-ng-autocomplete@2.0.12 is not compatible with angular CLI 10.1. can you please confirm?

This packages is compatible with
"@angular/cli": "10.2.4",
"@angular/compiler-cli": "10.2.5"

Install the version 2.0.7 of this packages.
