Update expected SVG snapshot for help output

Adjust the no-arg.stdout.term.svg snapshot to match the current help output layout and height.

The journey::nice_help test was failing because the rendered SVG changed: overall height increased and several lines shifted (inserting the "absorb" command line, reordering and spacing of Options and flags). This commit updates the test snapshot to reflect the new SVG output so the test passes.
