Enable oauth flow in environments without web browser

I have gemini-cli installed on a Debian 12 without any graphical environment, less a web browser. When installing the extension and running the gemini-cli, it remains connecting to this MCP server.

Maybe you can show in the logs a URL I can open in a web browser?

Agree this is needed. There is the beginning of it in the cloud run function, but I need to get back to it.
