Support changing resolution during .osd recording #134
Description
This is specifically an issue with users using auto-record, where the recording is started before resolution negotiation has happened and therefor users get a cropped off OSD render.
While this could be improved by rolling auto-record functionality into msp-osd, I think it would still be proper to support the canvas resolution changing mid recording as theoretically this could also happen for other reasons.
