Excluded plugin

Excluded plugin works great.
But I'm looking for an example to use the default behaviour (exclude hidden fields) AND exclude some fields by custom conditions.

Is it possible to instanciate the same plugin twice? (with different options?)

I tried with Excluded plugin without success..
