fix: auth bugs in dev/prod env -- read description

Soptted bugs that affect does not affect teh demo mode:

• when intially authenticated, wether partially or fully, the headlines feed is loading undefently, it does require a clicking on teh filter bar "all" capsule for it to get fixed.
• the "create account" decorator does nothing when its button is clicked.
• during the account linking process , within the verify code page, applying does not react to a correct code.
