Auto merge of #145215 - Kobzol:rust-backtrace, r=marcoieni
Enable RUST_BACKTRACE=1 on CI We should really see the backtrace if something in bootstrap fails on CI. rust-lang/rust#145011 (comment) doesn't show many details.
