Refactors function signatures and improves code formatting

Removes scale parameter from dot_do_o function and moves scaling
operation to caller for better separation of concerns.

Improves code readability by formatting multi-line function calls
and tensor declarations with proper indentation and line breaks.

Updates comment formatting for consistency throughout the codebase.
