[In-App Messaging] Messages not displaying on iOS 18 #15532

Description
It has been identified that for iOS 18, "In-App Messages" are not reflected on the physical device. I tested it on iOS 18.7.2, 18.6, 26, and 16, and the problem only occurs on OS versions starting with 18. It didn't even occur on version 16, which is older. No error was triggered.
Environment:
- Firebase iOS SDK: 3.15.1 (firebase_core)
- Firebase In-App Messaging: 0.8.1+9
- Firebase Analytics: 11.5.2
- Flutter: 3.29.3

Reproducing the issue
Sending a message to the installation ID of a device running iOS 18, restarting the device, and noticing that the message is not displayed.
