This PR adds the VaporVibe project to the
awesome-vibe-codinglist under the "Local Apps" section.Reasoning:
VaporVibe embodies the "vibe coding" concept by allowing users to experience an app idea instantly. An LLM pretends to be the app described in a natural language brief or uploaded as a napkin sketch, improvising the UI on every click.
