chore: Remove obsolete debug and analysis artifacts (repository cleanup)\n\nRemoved legacy one-off scripts, experimental prototypes, Spanish narrative results, and deprecated visualization/debug tools.\n\nFiles removed (23): analyze_* debug_* detailed_analysis.py examine_results.py generate_breakthrough_report.py operator_completeness_analysis_final.txt prototype_extended_nodal_system.py quick_xi_c_debug.py resultados_* simple_xi_c_debug.py visualize_critical_behavior.py\n\nRationale: Not part of modular operator/grammar/metrics architecture; superseded by benchmarks/, examples/, and docs/ canonical sources. Retained all canonical theory and test files.\n\nNo functional code paths or tests depend on these artifacts (validated by Phase 2 test suite).
