Problem starting go-dispatch-proxy

Hi, when I try to run the commands, whether on Power Shell or cmd, I get:
Program 'go-dispatch-proxy.exe' failed to run: The specified executable is not a valid application for this OS
platform.At line:1 char:1
go-dispatch-proxy

My system is 64-bit. I tried both x86 and x64 versions.
Please help.

Are you running Windows ARM? Please run the following command in a terminal and paste the output here.
