Dns dispatch

I have two lan interface: 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2
when I use
dispatch.exe --debug start 192.168.1.2 --ip 127.0.0.1 --port 1080
it download from 192.168.1.2
but resolve dns from 192.168.1.1
do it is possible to set to resolve also dns from 192.168.1.2 ?
Or it is a browser problem when use PAC?
