Document how to include query arguments when linking to tabs

Context

First sphinx-design tabs are awesome!

In the Tabs documentation it is mentioned that it is possible to link to specific tabs using the query arguments ?category=key2#synchronised-tabs

However including query arguments in Markdown isn't directly supported. I know this really isn't a part of sphinx-design itself, but I was only able to figure it out by looking at the tabs.md file.

Proposal

• Document the need to enable the attrs_inline extension for Myst
• Document the need to append {.external} to the link
