[Internal]: One Attachments tab

Description

We are merging all attachments tabs into single "top-level" tab in the cases view:
elastic/kibana#243708

It allows the user to:

• View a single, unified "Attachments" tab within the Case UI, replacing the multiple tabs that exist today.
• See a summary list on the Attachments tab that shows all attachment types associated with the case (e.g., "Alerts," "Observables," "Events") and a count for each type.
• Select a specific attachment type from the summary list (e.g., click on "Alerts").
• View a detailed list of only the selected attachment types.
