In markdown output, some table cells have their content duplicated, even tripled sometimes

Describe the bug

I think this is a pretty serious issue, relative to how important we consider the .md output at this point.

I noticed this in a PR but this also seems to happen on production:
https://www.elastic.co/docs/deploy-manage/deploy/deployment-comparison.md

The PR I initially found this:
https://docs-v3-preview.elastic.dev/elastic/docs-content/pull/4067/solutions/security/security-serverless-feature-tiers.md

The content is fine in the standard output.

If you zoom out, it becomes apparent that this is just a wrapping issue in the browser:

[florent-leborgne]

The cell content is still duplicated nonetheless. This seems to happen especially with:

• links
• formatted (at least bold?) text

The combination of both leads to tripled content

There might be search implications to this.

Duplicating content increases the overall length of the page, which lowers the tf score of non-duplicated content. Meanwhile, the duplicated content gets its tf score bumped for no real reason. Both of which can distort search relevance across pages.
