Fix some broken links

`P` was removed in rust-lang/rust#145146
(replaced with plain Box).

`CrateLoader` was inlined to `CStore` in
rust-lang/rust#144059.

`elaborate_drops.rs` was moved in
rust-lang/rust#137008.
