Fix hover effect on JSON result on the list annotations page

When a user hovers over a large JSON result, the tooltip overlaps the bottom of the window resulting in a change in the styling. Below a screenshot is shown. This issue aims to handle these cases.

One solution could be to make the tooltip scrollable.
