How do you feel about adding urlwatch?

This repo says it's a "comprehensive list of awesome tools for website diffing and change monitoring". [`urlwatch`](https://github.com/thp/urlwatch) says it's "intended to help you watch changes in webpages and get notified ... of any changes". This seems to me to be a good match, yet `urlwatch` is not in your list.

How do you feel about adding it?
