Get the correct pseudotime for a converging trajectory #59

Hi,
So I have this converging trajectory and when I visualize it, I can't figure out how to make the pseudotime fit the milestone network.
dynplot::plot_dimred(converging_traj,dimred = dyndimred::dimred_mds(converging_traj$expression),color_cells = "pseudotime")
The trajectory is one of the trajectories from your dynverse benchmark data ("converging_1").
If the pseudotime would be correct, it would start from zero in both of the start milestones.
