New Node Neo version: 1.4.1-r.5

Some of the APIs supported in this version:

• connection.getTableNames()
• prepared.columnCount, prepared.columnName(columnIndex), prepared.columnType(columnIndex)
• connection.clientContext.connectionId

Some initial support for the TIME_NS type has been added, but this doesn't yet work end-to-end; see duckdb/duckdb#19613.

(The previous Node Neo version, 1.4.1-r.4, was identical to 1.4.1-r.3, only published with NPM trusted publishing.)
