Steps to reproduce

  1. Have C# extension enabled in VS Code.
  2. Open VS Code.

Expected behavior

Processes consume a relatively stable amount of memory.

Actual behavior

A .net host process will begin climbing in memory usage, upwards of 11GB until stalling at around 95% of total pc memory.
