Steps to reproduce

1. Have C# extension enabled in VS Code.
2. Open VS Code.

Expected behavior

Processes consume a relatively stable amount of memory.

Actual behavior

A .net host process will begin climbing in memory usage, upwards of 11GB until stalling at around 95% of total pc memory.

@gatinha96 would you be able to share the command line of that process so we can figure out which .NET host process this is exactly? In task manager go to the process details, right click on the column headers, choose 'Select columns' and enable the 'Command Line' column
