REQUEST: Add "Member Loads from Free Line Load" #399

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This RFEM function (Member Loads from Free Line Load) is very useful to not have to define the exact members you want a line load on. Just define two nodes and you get a line load on all the members between it (also halfway a member)

Giving 2 node numbers and a load parameter dependent on uniform or linear distribution.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Keeping track of the members and their location.
