CLI for computing dendrogram #9
Description
This tool looks fantastic and seems very useful for exploring very large image datasets! I would love to use this for biomedical imaging use cases.
However, the process of obtaining the .json dendrogram files has a bit of a barrier to entry.
Would it be possible to add a CLI which accepts a simple format (e.g., a TSV file containing image names and extracted features) and outputs the .json structure?
