use the same div tag to show all the folders

Currently the project uses 2 div tags to show folders cards-holder and view folders.
need to remove one of them and use only one in the whole project

@utkarsh4321 this div and this div corresponding to this block of logic and this block of logic respectively have the same functionality. remove either of them and generalize a method to populate folders into the page.
