File not found in MCP integration page

Describe the bug
In the MCP documentation, in the Example 1 section, two files are linked (server and client) but when you click on it says Page not found.

I think the files has been renamed in the following way:

• mcp_sse_server.py -> mcp_server.py
• mcp_sse_client.py -> mcp_client.py

Note: SSE is deprecated and might be useful to have an example with Streamable HTTP as I see it's already supported by Haystack here
