Lido tag should be renamed to "Lido CSM"

In the future, we may integrate other lido modules. These new lido modules will require validators to set up a different FR. We should remove the current "Lido" tag and update it to "Lido CSM"

For clarification purposes, would be great to have different tags like
- **Lido CSM**
- Lido SDVTM
- etc

instead of having
- Lido
- Lido  SDVTM
- etc
