can we trigger mentioned list even with continued text (Without space before @)?

The component is working fine. But I want to get the mentioned list after typing Test@. I get mentioned list when I type Test @. The mentioned list is only getting triggered when I have space before @ symbol. Can we get the mentioned list without space also?

Thanks for your feedback! I disabled this ability because it causes unnecessary mention list appearing for emails. Is it critical for you?

Probably, it makes sense to make this optional (most likely using a parameter for the mention's config, like isAllowSpaceBeforeTrigger).

Please write here if it's still relevant for you, and I'll prioritize the enhancement for a future release.
