Open Suggestions for "@" Symbol within the Text

When typing within the text, the "@" symbol doesn't trigger any mention suggestions. Normally it's working fine

It's now Jan 15 2025 nearly a year but this issue is still open is there any fix we can do to the internal files of the package and make it work

Currently, the core library functionality based on two things: typed text and cursor position.

This kind of business logic gives us more stable, straightforward and simple functionality of the library, which is an advantage over other libraries.

If the case is still actual for you, and you need an assist with that, please share your thought here. Probably, we need to re-think some parts of the business logic, or give more flexibility on when trigger suggestions.
