Event Approval request: Metared Event on December 4

Hi! 👋

We accidentally submitted our CTF twice, and the duplicate one was approved instead of the original.

• CTF 1195 – Event 3003 (approved)
• CTF 653 – Event 2977 (not approved, but has the correct weight)

We’ve been running this CTF under CTF 653 since 2021, so that’s the correct one to keep.

Could you please approve Event 2977 (the one with the correct weight) and remove Event 3003 (and CTF 1195)?
